Welcome to Jake's On Main, your Life is good® Genuine Neighborhood Shoppe located in Historic St. Charles, Missouri. We are dedicated to spreading optimism and good vibes through top-quality merchandise designed for the casual lifestyle.
Jake's on Main opened in February 2007 after a very interesting (and true) journey. In 2002, I was flying for American Airlines (TWA) as a First Officer on the MD-80; something I thought I would always do. But a tumbling economy and the effects of 9/11 left myself and many other airline employees looking for second careers. I found mine with my family. I spent the next four years at home with our two children (Cal and Kelly) while my wife continued on with her career.
We discovered Life is good® while vacationing in Bethany Beach, DE. Amazed with the quality, comfort and positive vibes we received from wearing the clothing, we decided to make a Christmas theme from "Life is good." It was a hit. Our entire family wanted more. This is where my third career as the owner of Jake's on Main begins.
From there, it has been a marathon of wonderful events. We have met many inspiring friends through this journey, and we are excited to see what the future holds. No worries!
